[0.13.6] Portable fusion reactor dimensions wrong

The portable fusion reactor says it takes 4x4 slots but when placed it takes 8x8 instead.

I'm using Steam edition on Windows 10.

That must be caused by a mod, the fusion reactor is definitely 4x4.
