How exactly did you end up with this situation?
In what ways did you scale the UI?
Do you have any good steps to reproduce the issue?

I believe I had scaled it to 90%, then back to 100%, then down to 95%, and they vanished until I restarted the game.

I can't seem to reproduce the issue,

Unable to reproduce now, it might have been accidentially fixed. I say file under 1/0 for the time being.
