[0.13.5] Autosave error while opening dialog breaks things

Hello...

I've been getting access denied errors during autosave occasionally, no idea why, but recently while playing I clicked the trains dialog right as an autosave fired, and the autosave error dialog popped up BEHIND the trains dialog, however I couldn't click on anything, and I couldnt find any keyboard macro to get out of either the trains dialog or error. It was as if the dialog said "You may do nothing but interact with me" but the trains dialog was blocking the error message from interaction.
