[13.4]Crash when exiting multiplayer as host

It crashed when i exited my server(i was alone at the moment). It has happened before(in 0.12 also).

It couldn't remove the currently-playing for some reason (antivirus?). I changed it, that when it happens it just quietly prints this into the log instead of crashing.

So the antivirus was the problem. Then I should go and see if I can teach it not to mess with my factorio.
It happens at other times as well, like when saving worlds. It seem to only happen when it tries to modify /reach the save files. Can make new reports if it still crashes.
