[0.13.4] Massive inserters with filters doesn't work

As tiitle says - my massive inserters doesn't work when connected to constant combinator when trying to pick up items from train. Purple inserters connected works perfectly fine. Checked it with box and massive inserters work fine.

The stack filter inserter only has 1 filter slot which gets the first signal which is stone - it will only grab stone.

There's no stone in the cargo wagon so it doesn't do anything.
