Me and a buddy consistently get desync when placing an offshore pump in a multiplayer game. The game goes into a reconnect loop, but you get about 1 second of time before getting desynced again. If we manage to place the pump during that 1 second time window the desync disappears (usually takes a couple of reconnects).
I can provide logs and such, but this behaviour is really consistent and should be easily reproducible. We dont run any mods.

The desync-problem also occured while placing a trainstop. That server was started originally on 0.13.1, upgraded to .0.13.2 and the problems with the trainstop started on 0.13.3, after which we restarted the game clean on 0.13.3, and there got the same problem when placing offshore water pump
