Recycling plant
I would love to see a "factory" that takes [almost] anything as input and spits out some (maybe random, maybe deterministic) fraction of the resources used to make it.

I like this idea. It's also mentioned in a different thread [1].
Of course, it needs to be balanced so that even with max productivity modules, it doesn't allow you to get more resources out of something than you put into it

I'd like this idea
I think you shoud be able to do it manually, not by a factory... and make it so it would take soooo much time of personal (un)building that makes you think 10 times before recicling (and MAYBE maybe lower this time with research).
I think that if this is made in the player's personal inventory it would be less exploitable, since you can't use Beacons, nor Modules, nor have a factory making X item and next a recicling factory unbuilding such X item (IDK why you would do this, but it makes sense... maybe with light oil -> solid fuel -> light oil for "destoying" excess fuel... but this shouldn't be a posibility IMO)
