Factorio 0.13.3 Server Error

for the last few days i had a server running (very well if i must say)
lots of ppl joined mine but now i am getting this error:

17.146 Error MultiplayerManager.cpp:129: MultiplayerManager failed: "Internal error, use as tool called on item that is not tool."
17.146 Info MultiplayerManager.cpp:996: networkTick(825) mapTick(5404401) changing state from(InGame) to(Failed)
