*[0.13.3] Press T even if you have researched everything

If you've researched the last unresearched technology, it says in the right corner, blinking yellow, 'XXX FINISHED, press T.'

After you press T, there is ofcourse nothing to select. After pressing T again, the upper right corner says 'Press T to start a new research.' But there's nothing left to research. It would be better to disable the message after everything is researched. Now you have to press T twice for nothing, and after that there is a useless message constantly displayed.

I can confirm the behaviour, no idea if its a bug though/worth fixing.

Now that there's Infinite Research in 0.15, this one can probably be closed - there's always another research to do now.
