[0.9] Stats for several productivity modules show as x.9%

Stats for several productivity modules have something point nine percent. E.g. Productivity Module 2 has Energy Consumption: 69.9% and Productivity: +5.9%. I assume these are intended to be 70% and 6% respectively.

This affects Productivity Module 1, 2, and 3. Also affects Speed Module 3.
