[0.13.2] crash when belt is destroyed by fire

Hey, I just encountered a bug where, when I light a tree next to a belt on fire, the health of the belt reduces and where the game crashes when it is destroyed. Happened twice.

I just encountered the same problem.

I also had a crash. What happened: biters attacked, destroyed a turret, i was running over and the game crashed.
Inspecting the stack trace makes it seem like it is the same issue.
