[0.13.2] [kovarex] Speed Module Stack disappears.

Basically Shift-Left clicking a stack of speed modules 2 into an assembler (that already has speed module 1) inserts the number available into the slots but any amount of speed module 2's over the slot count disappears. The speed module 1's that are in the assembler go to inventory per normal. See video.
