Train carts

so im starting to use trains for the first time proparly and i started wondering what about having train carts that have a parking spot for a car or tank? or gun carts

and having a locomotive that can place tracks infront of it and that you can draw shortest ways on the map would be pretty cool

just sharing my toughts
