Mismatch Multiplayer Login Error

I registered my account recently on 13.1 and it will now no longer let me play multiplayer games. I believe the root of this issue has to do with the fact that my initial name choice has spaces and whatnot, because I get that error message on the website. I tried logging in and I get the following issue. The error message reads, "There was a mismatch on the matching server in verifying your username and token. Please login again.":

I've gone to Factorio.com and tried logging into the account I had registered through the game and it just brings me to a blank webpage. I've also tried setting up a new account altogether, but it won't let me because my STEAM ID is already registered with my defective account. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me with this.
