[0.13.1][Twin] Inserters can't just report to the c. network

The button to Enable/Disable the mode of operation and just have it report the statistics appears to be broken for inserters--if I try to change it, it doesn't work. I tested it with the fast inserter and the long-handed inserter.

I can confirm that the dot in the radio button can not be removed (that is how those buttons work?!) and once an inserter has a signal-cable connected it only performs if its condition is true.
The radio button should be a checkbox imo.

you can setup

ANYTHING > 0

so its TRUE if is any item in the network
or add a constand combinator to set something to a value maybe A = 1 for always on

I get it now, the button only has an alternative if its a filter inserter, to only have the signal connection to detect items, you need a workaround to keep it operating then.

I added the "None" option for more flexibility.
You will see this in Version: 0.13.2
