[0.9.0] Copied Requester Chests don't work

[Rens2Sea]

1. Place two requester chests.
2. Set up some logistics for the first.
3. Shift-right click on the first.
4. Shift-left click on the second.
5. Notice that no bots bring the requested items to the second.
6. Change the logistics of the second.
7. Notice it works again.
