[0.13] Satellite cannot be placed in rocket automatically

I updated a 0.12.35 save game to 0.13 and discovered that my rocket launch platform no longer accepts satellites once the rocket is complete. I have to manually insert the satellite into the rocket now.

I can confirm that for a new game as well, even with dedicated chest and inserter.

While you're fixing it, could you add a defines.inventory.satellite to allow API to access this special inventory ? (it seems that in 0.12, this inventory was unofficially numbered 5).
