Unable to research "Productivity Module" v0.13

As the title states, after updating to v0.13 i started a new map.Since then, I am unable to research the productivity module.

I noticed that o'm unable to research something when the description of the research goes off the screen

Workaround: set the game to work in window mode and pull bottom bar way up
text will then warp and the button will come back
