[0.13] Freeze when using Shift+tab to enter steam community

Since 0.13, whenever I Shift+Tab to open Steam Community Screen then Shift+Tab again to come back to the game, the display freezes (the game is not crashing but the display is freezed and I cannot interact with it anymore). Then all I can do is kill the process. I include the log but as I killed the game I'm not sure it helps :

This bug happens in the menu and ingame and is not random (it happens every time).
