Watch Your Step Achievement Unlocked

With a Fresh Windows.exe Install x64 [.13] the user started Factorio from installer. Logged into an account. Started a Custom Senerio/ Sandbox. Selected Achievements. Observed that the achievement "Watch You Step" was unlocked.

Steps to Repro:
Install Fresh Windows.exe Install x64 [.13],
Start Factorio,
Select Play,
Select Custom Senerio,
Select 'Sandbox' from the list,
Select Create,
Select Generate,
Press the 'Tab' Key twice to close the start tips,
Select the Achievements button from the Top Right Menu,
Observe that the Achievement "Watch Your Step" is unlocked.

Additional Information:
This was a fresh install, I have only ever played though steam before this.
I did change the map settings to Segmentation: High Water: Big Fequencies: Low Size: Medium Richness: Very Good Aliens: Normal,Small,Regular Start: Small.
I had generated and quit a few maps before i had actually check the achievements Menu, as well as opened them from left to right.
I checked to see if the achievement remained unlocked in a regular single player game and it was still unlocked.
I did attempt to browse mods before entering my first game. I DID NOT install any mods.
