[0.13.0] Steam Achievments

So, I am not sure how to report this in a way that you can reproduce since i'm assuming you have tested steam achievements on your end. But i will try

I Started a brand new game without mods on .13, I am trying to go for the Lazy Bastard Achievement and when I researched oil processing i noticed that the in game achievement was awarded to me but not the Steam one. Again this was on a brand new game , without mods.

i did play with the generation parameters but biters are NOT peaceful. So I am not sure if that Achievement is broken on steam (0% of people have this achievement) or for some reason none of my achievements will register.

It's a bug in that the game thinks that the base game is a mod, and achievements in modded games do not count as steam achievements. it's fixed in 0.13.1
