you have to enable experimental updates in the options

In the same boat with the GoG version.
Tried all the different avenues I could think of (on OSX). Still can't manage to find a way to patch to 0.13

There are no options related to update. It's a GOG installer. But thank you anyway.tried using the installer?
Solved! 0.13 arrived on GOG.com.
