[13.0] "Factorio.exe has unexp. content" on update from .12

I got this error when using the ingame updater. I had to download the full install to get it to work.

the same error message I got for the mac version when trying to migrate from 0.12 to 0.13 direct from the developers site.
So I deinstalled and reinstalled a vanilla 0.13 from the site (after I put all mods & saves I found in the setup to the bin)
0.13 runs now somehow & lame - with the reported bugs (Mods are unable to be installed from within Factorio and crashes the game e.g.)
I hope that the auto-updater will be mended & work when 013 will be updated otherwise I have to go back to 0.12 as each reinstatement means losing everything...
