Mods no longer loading

For the past few days I have been playing with a couple of friends on ones server. We have a list of 23 mods that we have been using without any problems up until now. I am the only one with this problem. What happens is on launching the game it doesn't see the mods anymore. They are still in my %appdata%\factorio\mods. But as of this morning, they are not seen by the game. Things I have tried so far:

- deleting the JSON file in the mods folder and launching the game
- removing the mods, starting then closing the game and putting them back in the folder
- Reinstalling the game (using Steam which is how I had it before)

I am using Windows 10. Not sure what else is needed for help.

Please upload a log-file, it will show us the directories the game is using.

Reading through that log file it shows the mods being loaded but as you can see by my game, they aren't showing up at all.

The log doesn't show any mods being loaded, apart from the base and core mods which are the base game. Are they really in D:/Users/Chris/AppData/Roaming/Factorio/mods ?

I am now very confused. I am using a different profile in windows, Scifi with the profile at D:\users\Scifi\ and subsequent folders. The Chris profile is my admin account that I use primarily for driver installs and configurations. The mods are in the D:/Users/Scifi/AppData/Roaming/Factorio/mods and previously were loading and running properly up until mentioned.

On startup I consciously only select the Scifi account and have been doing that for more than a year now. As to why it is currently loading the mods from the Chris profile is unclear to me.
