[8.8]"Limit inventory" feature is active during tutorial msg

This was discovered in conjunction with https://forums.factorio.com/forum/vie ... =18&t=1991

All the slots responded graphically to clicking (pressed v.s. non-pressed)
And the "Limit the inventory part that can be manipulated by machines" button WAS (sort of, mostly) working even though the tutorial box was displayed.
The item tooltips were working as well

All that seems to be wrong, since the screen is grayed out and it should be passive until I close the tutorial message.

the wreck will not have the limit button anymore, so it solves this problem.

Rest (The inventory slots visually responding to being clicked on, while actually not doing anything) is now reported as https://forums.factorio.com/forum/vie ... f=7&t=2277
