I just wanted to play Factorio with a friend and I did all the port forwarding faff but what do you actually have to type in here on the 'Connect to game' screen?

Moved to Technical Help.
If you did the portforwarding then you have to create a new game or load an existing game in the Multiplayer dialog.
After you've clicked Play in the Multiplayer lobby and are on the map your friend can join you using the 'Connect to game' screen and needs to enter your IP (http://www.whatsmyip.org).
