Rockets contain science packs

Should rockets (the ones to finisch the game) Contain science packs?

The reason i suggest this is because now when all of the technology has been researched your entire setup for science packs has no use anymore att all.
To keep the factory alive it would be nice to have the missile sile a need for science packs for the missile cosntruction.
