Nooo! It would be harder to get killed by them if that´d be implemented 
Obviously, i´m just joking. This should, however be toggleable in the options. If you have lots oft trains, it might get a bit messy otherwise.

It would be nice if trains were on the minimap. in my latest railway, when driving manually on the same rails as all my automated trains, I started out by watching the minimap to see what trains were around. Obviously since they don't show up, I assumed the way was clear... then ploughed right through the back end of one. wait, what? but the minimap says there's no train.... oooohh....
