Robots not moving items from Passive chests to player

Like the title said. Here is the setup of my chest:




The iron plates are stored in passive chests, but when I request them, logistic robots don't moving them into my inventory:



And yes, they are in range of the logistic network:



Am I doing wrong or something ?

You did nothing wrong, its a matter of interpretation. What you are expecting if you put a request of 30 plates the bots bring 30 plates, thats not how the logistic network works. What you told the logistic network is that want to have a minimum of 30 plates in your inventory, because you already have 428 plates the bots wont do anything as your request is already filled. In short, from the game perspective you are a moving requester / active provider chest.

You already have more than 30 in your inventory.

The slots say how much to keep in your inventory. If you want more then increase the number you request.

In other words, logistics slots do not work as one-time requests, but as permanent (e.g. as long as you´re not changing the slot) stocks.

As said before, bots do therefore only bring you items if the item-count in your inventory (+toolbelt) is lower than the set amount.

Guys, I have a new problem. I got a copy of blueprint found on factorioblueprints.com
When I use it, it doesn't fill enough items, only some of them, see the pictures:



When I put it down, it appears like this:



So the result:



Anyone got an idea ?

As 0.12.32 broke old blueprint, in last version of blueprint string there is a update button, take you blueprint, and click on the button with it. Should work.
