Need help with signals
Need help with signals
I can't seem to get a simple intersection functioning properly. I have a plus-sign-shaped intersection, but whenever I put signals down, both of the trains (one on each track) send up a "No Path" warning. As soon as I remove the signals, it functions properly.

You probably want to go through this tutorial series: https://www.reddit.com/r/factorio/comme ... nd/d25hxz1
Re: Need help with signals
I need to know a bit more about the trains on these paths. Can trains go both directions on both paths?
If yes then you need to place your signals directly opposite each other on the rail. Further, you probably want to use a Chain signal in the travel direction just before the junction to prevent trains from stopping on the +.
Correctly paired two way rail signals. Note the highlights on mouseover.
