Why not put a "Help" in the GUI?

Don't know how to use a machine? Looking for efficient setups? Stuck in a mission?

should be as simple as that - from the top bar a selectable link which automatically transports the player to a dedicated website.
Like on the mac where one can select a theme he needs information for
