Actually, I'm not too mad. I can see what is different - items will fill gaps in belts no matter the size - and is a nice feature in my opinion. ;)

Nope. They said "we decided that our goal of 0.13.0 release date is 1. June", as per FFF#131. The keyword here is GOAL. The way I read this, is "we're hoping for June 1st". What I don't see on there is "We hereby promise that we will release it on June 1st, no matter what..."

As exciting as a new release might be (which is usually followed by a slew of people complaining about their broken saves, bugs, unplayable state, etc), I think we all need to take a chill-pill. Despite any current problem, I think the current version is totally playable. Whether the .13 comes out this week, or next week, or two weeks from now, we still have a very playable version today.

They said: goal... not firm
I think the later, the better, the more polished...

Hello,
the struggle to finish the latest features and fixes so 0.13 can be in time, or just reasonable delayed, goes on. There is always last missing icon or tweak that was hiding around the corner....

But it is really weird to see an update with just one bug fix lol
Oh, I see what happened. The bug was introduced in 0.12.34, which I skipped, and I wasn't aware of it.

All the programmers know the rule that there's always at least one bug in every non-trivial program. As consequence, when you try to fix that last bug, you always introduce a new one. I suspect, that in 0.12.34 they tried to break the rule and fix all the bugs. As a result we have 0.12.35 now :)

Why are you that convinced that the 0.13 is close?
IMO the release of a single bug fix update release just says the opposite.

The 0.13 is not ready yet and thus they release a bugfix release now instead of major release soon.
(Waiting is always less work)

I guess we have to wait until next week (Tuesday/Wednesday?).

The "official" release date was 1st of June and the devs didn't deny it could be released this week (see the last FFF), which they would surely have done if they were that far away. Also, it could be that one dev had no work to do (happens if others are working on fixing their "own" features and release is close) and therefore released this small fix. Lastly, they're probably teasing us.

Thats true. But that another 20-24h. How should I "enjoy" my work, while waiting on that?

Quote the oposite. They released 0.12.35 to make 0.12 more stable. 0.13 won't be stable for some time and they want to make sure 0.12 is. That's why release for 0.12 is out.

true but .12 bug fix was just 1 thing... that has to stay something about .12 being stable either its completely stable or they only had time this week to fix one bug issue

Check through the releases, how many do you think had a single bug fix? The system, is automated for releasing the new version, they just push a big red (maybe orange to fit the color scheme) button and it does work. Why wouldn't they just do that everytime they fixed one or two bugs?

There being only 1 fix in this patch means that they are finalizing 0.12.X, so that everything after this point is solely to be added to 0.13, because 0.12.35 should be the final version of 0.12.X.
