I don't know if it's a bug, but I write it here :
when a player change from one force to another, it keeps its modifiers, even if the new force does not have the corresponding research.
ex : If player is in force1 with toolbelt researched, he has 2 rows of toolbelt. If he switches to force2 which has not researched toolbelt yet,
he keeps the 2 rows toolbelt bonus/modifier.
In the other way, reducing his toolbelt would make him lost some items.
But I wonder if it does not affect other modifier that are maybe programmed player-dependant, like bullet damages ?
I make a lot of tests on custom forces these days...
