nope was trying to get it to run and hit random buttons, seems to have worked for the best as the game is now working lmfao

You should be able to find and uninstall it though programs in the Windows Control PanelIt's a service that tracks your game activity across multiple platforms like PC, Xbox 360 and PS3, and also allows you to chat across networks (like talk to your Steam friends at the same time as your Xbox Live friends).
Most likely it was bundled with one of your games and automatically installed.
