Subboard creation requests (Moving BIG MODS)

This is valid only for the modding-subboard-moderators (formerly "Big mods"), which currently moderate their own mod-subboard:

If you are going to or have converted your mod to 0.12 it makes sense to begin discussion from scratch: Please set you here on the list of moderators that want to have a subboard.

(I try to gather as much requests as possible here; I hope that will spare me some time to make it in one turn.)
