[MOD 0.12.x] Hive Buster 0.3.1

This is a Turret that can only fire at Spawners, but has a range of 75 though.

It's intended to use for base expansion when you're dealing with large base and other mods that alters resource placement, like RSO and mods that increase the difficulty of the enemy like Natural Evolution, Swarm and Bob's Enemies.

Special thanks to Speedy Brian!! It's his wonderful code that made this possible.

Interesting mod, thank you.
But maybe it must use not a special ammo type, but any rockets? Because it is not very convenient when you need special ammunition, while the there are already similar rockets in different mods.

V 0.2.2 up.
I've gone in a slightly different direction than I first thought.
I wanted a person to be able to build the Hive Buster without Processing units. So removed that, but made the Tech pretty expensive.
Also, done some recipe tweaks.

V0.3.0
Increased the range from 50 to 75.
Made giving the unit power easier. A small pole will work now.

I can't wait until I can get to this in my current game (Bob's, marathon, sci cost overhaul.... XD).

Any chance you could update it for 0.13.1 please? :)
