www.factorio.com SSL (partial?) cert

I think the website cert is incomplete.
Browsers will automatically download other pieces of the cert chain (this does slow down access to the site) but most other tools will not.

With wget I get:

Unable to locally verify the issuer's authority.
To connect to us1.factorio.com insecurely, use `--no-check-certificate'.
