Can someone help me convert these blueprints?

Don't know how to use a machine? Looking for efficient setups? Stuck in a mission?

Can someone help me convert these blueprints?

I found these on the Factorio Blueprints website, but they are broken in 0.12.33. I wanted to downgrade and correct them myself, but the downgrade option was removed from steam and factorio.com. I was wondering if someone who has 0.12.30 or older still installed could convert them for me in the Foreman mod with Blueprint string...
