Did I break the game?

So, im around 60 hours into one of my factories, and all of a sudden the whole game is moving at a snails pace. It's not lag or FPS drops. No choppy animations or anything. Everything looks smooth graphically, except everything (me, belts, bots, inserters) is moving at like 1/2 speed. No it's not power issues because myself and belts are not determined by that. I restarted the whole client several times and ever restarted my pc, just in case. But nothing seems to work ... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

lol not likely. But you did give me the idea to just double the game speed. I know it's not a real fix for whatever the problem is. But at least i can play without feeling so snail like until i figure out the problem.

Already stated it's not fps drops or lag. That is visible choppy play and it's not that. But just for clarity I'm running a stead 30(ish) ... and that's the same fps it was previously.

FPS and UPS are two different things.

Also, 30 is half game speed. Press F6 and look for what is using up most of the processing power. Your computer probably just isn't able to handle the load of something happening.

Is the issue only occurring with this one save game with a giant factory or also on a newly started game?
