World bounderies

Right i have a question for all the factorio veterans out there

have any of you encountered, at some point in your world, a huge dense forest.
i have my suspicions on how its there but I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered it
(it may be linked to the "toxic Forest mod" )
Details:
flat edge (not naturally generated)
extremely dense (almost no space between tree hitboxes(i estimate in a 20 square range there is about 4k trees in it))
huge lag when zoomed out

any feedback/ comments or even just confirmation that my PC wont die will be helpful

What mods do you use?

I you use toxic forest mod, this mod put tree everywhere there is space for them. making very dense forest.

In vanilla, there is big forest sometime but you can usually cross it by feet.

Poison Capsules are your friends

I prefer bots and deconstruction to clear forests.

Rocket launcher works as well.
