Help with KS power mod

So i downloaded the KS power mod and im having issues with the wind turbines i cant get them to produce any electricity is it because i have so many solar panels or what? i have a screenshot

A wind turbine will output :
- maximum 20kW
- on the average 10kW
- The minimum I've personnally seen around 5 kW

Yours are currently producing 15.75 kW. That's correct.
