I am a new player to Factorio, I would like to start playing with more or less new people for Factorio, so we could dicover by our selfs the most efficient designs and so I won't feel like a complete noob

That sounds fun, I have played a lot of single player and can build factories pretty effectively, this would be a good introduction to multiplayer.
