Disappearing Entities

So, I launched the Steam release into a window with a 9:16 aspect ratio. That is, a regular 16:9 ratio rotated 90 degrees. I have a laptop with a gyroscope and when I tilted the computer to a regular orientation, the window stretched. When the window stretched, the startup logo disappeared, the loading bar was an inverted color, and the text was stretched. When I loaded a save, most of the entities were invisible!

There were floating items on the belts, but the advanced info icons were still visible. What was weird was that some entities were still visible, including steam engines and long-handed inserters. I have yet not tested this bug on my non-steam download.
