Multiplayer with Australians

Hey, I'm a West Australian looking for a few people (1-3) to play on a new map. I was thinking we could all have separate factories that are connected via trains.

I speak English and would be happy to use either text chat or voice chat through steam or Teamspeak etc. I'm fairly new to the game.
