What does the opstion for starting area emply?
it would be loggical if in the starting area all types off resource are at least for a small amount present (iron copper cool wood oil water).
However every time i generate a map even with the option starting area very small some or more resources are halfway across the map for a start making me regenerate maps over and over again.
So i suggest that this would be implented in the starting area, apart from that can someone explain to me what the starting area at the current moment is all about?

Starting area is there for (as far as I know) :
- preventing biters to spawn too close to spawning point
- settings as "water only in starting area"
- preventing biters to spawn too close to spawning point
- settings as "water only in starting area"
