10 assemblers weren't producing enough and I started to investigate.
Problem : The classic setup works for level 1 or level 2 assemblers. Once you start using level 3 assemblers, 1 inserter by input/output is not enough anymore.
Numbers :
1 level 3 assembler can produce 150 green circuits a minute
It needs : 225 copper coil + 150 iron plates a minute to do that.
Fast inserter can move 2.306 item/s = 138 i / m
Long handed insert can move 1.153 item/s = 69 i / m. 2 long handed inserters = 138 i /m

So you need at least (1 long handed + 1 fast) or (2 fast) for iron plate input and green circuit output and 2 fast for copper coil
Copper coil is already ok with 2 assemblers feeding directly the green circuit assembler.
Classic setup doesn't allow for 2 iron plate input + 2 green circuit output.
Here is one solution :
This setup with 16 level 3 assemblers takes 1,5 copper belt + 1 iron plate belt (fully compressed) and outputs 1 fully compressed blue belt of green circuits (2400 i/minutes)
