Description: Makes Stone more important.

Long Description: Stone can be processed into silica, which can be further processed into silicon which replaces the Iron Plate in the Electronic Circuit. Has optional integration with RavenMetal, reducing the amount of silica produced by stone, but being able to process slag for silica.
