empty json file

my game won't open because I somehow deleted all the contents of 2014-03-17_factorio_0.9.4 json file if you know the contents of this file/notepad please tell me.(location \Factorio\data\base\migrations)

Steam -> Library -> Factorio -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache
