Cant find electric mining drill?

I have the steam version of Factorio and I am on a freeplay mode. (no i do not have any mods except for the base mod) and I cant seem to find the electric mining drill. Is it not availible for free play?

I'm on steam also, and I'm not seeing it (the Electric Mining Drill). Can you please post the answer? It's driving me bonkers.

It's the one between the burner mining drill and the offshore pump.
Currently you can make 11 of these (so there's an 11 on the corner)
