Multiplayer Input Lag

Hello!

Been playing for a few weeks, and got myself a multiplayer server to play on with some mates.

Whenever i load multiplayer, regardless of where it's hosted, (even locally) i have a second or two of input lag all the time.

SP Is perfectly fine, and the first time i locally hosted with a friend from Aus, i had no such problem!

Any ideas?

(Specs are I7 2600K @4Ghz, 16GB DDR3 Ram, GTX 780 + 60Mbps down 20Mbps up.

I have the same problem. I "fixed" it by enabling "Multiplayer Latency Hiding". Doesn't fix the lag(possible bug/glitch maybe?) but doesn't show it to you. the only problem with that is that your position is a bit after where you see you are.
